Can IA please re-derive this serial so I can embed the code into my site at http://act1nowplaying.com/MOVIESERIALMAINMENUPAGE01.aspx

On Secret Agent X-9 serial, chapter's 1,4,5,6,7 and 8 have sound problems when played from the IE8 web browser. Embedding code into my site does not resolve this issue.

I promote and present IA material in a fun way, ex; add commercials before and after features.

I think the sound is off also on the serial, The Vanishing Shadow..

Re-deriving chapters of the serial wouldn't make a difference if the uploaded files from which they're derived aren't changed. IA's encoding software, at present, makes bad derivatives from certain source files. Scott describes his encoding method here. I think the out-of-sync derivatives are caused by the 2-pass encoding. I stopped doing that myself, and switched to 1-pass encoding for that very reason. I produce x264/aac MPEG4s with video (inverse telecined and/or grayscaled as necessary) bitrates of 1500 to 2000kbps, and audio (if PD) bitrates of 128 to 160kbps now. Encoders vary, so 2-pass encoding may not be the source of the problem IA's software has with Scott's files.

Three options come to mind for a solution to the problem:

1) Scott could alter his encoding method somehow such that in-sync derivatives are produced, make new MPEG4s, and upload them.
2) You could re-encode the MPEG4s of the affected chapters such that in-sync derivatives are produced, and upload them. You could do the same for chapters of The Vanishing Shadow serial, too.
3) IA could get their act together.
